FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Find answers to common questions about digital products, recharge services, delivery, redemption, payments and refunds.

1. I paid for my order but have not received the digital product. What should I do?

First, check the processing status shown in your account or order confirmation. Some digital products are delivered quickly, while others may require additional payment verification or processing by a third-party service provider. If the expected processing time has passed, contact our support team with your order number and purchase email address. We will review the transaction and determine whether the order should be completed, reprocessed or refunded where appropriate.

2. Why is my recharge or digital order still showing as processing?

A processing status means that payment may have been authorized but fulfillment has not yet been fully completed. Delays may result from payment verification, provider availability, destination-account checks or temporary technical issues. Please avoid placing the same order repeatedly while the first transaction is still processing, as this may create duplicate orders or charges.

3. What should I do if a digital code or voucher does not work?

Confirm that the code is being redeemed on the correct platform and that the product supports your country, currency and account region. Carefully enter the code exactly as provided and check for spaces or typing errors. If the problem continues, contact us with your order number and the error message shown by the redemption platform. Do not publicly share the full digital code, as this may compromise its security.

4. What happens if my code says it has already been redeemed?

If a newly delivered code is reported as already redeemed, contact our support team as soon as possible. Please provide the order number and a screenshot or description of the redemption error where available. We may need to review delivery and provider records before determining the appropriate resolution. A replacement or refund may be considered if our review confirms that the product was unusable before it was delivered to you.

5. Can I get a refund if I purchased the wrong product, region or denomination?

Customers should review the product name, denomination, currency, supported region and account requirements before payment. Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, activated or processed, it may not be possible to reverse the transaction. Refunds for customer-selection errors are therefore not normally available after fulfillment, except where required by applicable law or where the order can still be cancelled before processing.

6. What if I entered the wrong email address, account ID or recharge information?

Contact us immediately if you notice incorrect information in an order. If processing has not started, we may be able to correct or cancel the transaction. If the recharge or digital service has already been successfully delivered to the information supplied during checkout, reversal may not be technically possible. Customers are therefore encouraged to check all account and destination information carefully before submitting payment.

7. I appear to have been charged twice. How is a duplicate payment handled?

If you believe the same order was charged more than once, contact us with your order number and the relevant transaction information. We will compare the payment records and order records. If a duplicate charge is confirmed without a corresponding additional completed order, the eligible duplicate amount will be corrected or refunded to the original payment method. Please note that a temporary bank authorization may sometimes appear separately from the final charge.

8. When is a refund available for a digital product?

Refund eligibility depends on the status of the digital order. An order that has not yet entered processing may be eligible for cancellation. Failed or undelivered orders may be eligible for reprocessing, replacement or refund after review. Products that have already been successfully delivered, redeemed, activated or applied to the intended account are generally non-refundable because digital fulfillment cannot normally be physically returned or recovered.

9. What should I do if I have a payment dispute or believe an order was not handled correctly?

Please contact our support team at [email protected] or through our Contact Us page and provide your order number, purchase email address and a clear description of the problem. Supporting information such as an error message or relevant screenshot can help us investigate the issue more efficiently. We recommend contacting us first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter; however, nothing in this FAQ limits any consumer or payment rights available to you under applicable law or through your payment provider.
