These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lormeza, including purchases of digital products, gift card-related services, recharge services, software-related products, entertainment products, travel-related digital products and other electronically delivered services available through our website.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing Lormeza, creating an account, submitting an order or using any service available through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not place an order or use our services. Your electronic acceptance and use of the website may constitute an electronic agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Customer Responsibility
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a binding transaction. If you have not reached the age at which you may independently enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you should use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. No physical shipment should be expected unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Product availability may change without prior notice. Certain products may be restricted to specific countries, accounts, platforms or service providers. 5. Third-Party Issuers and Service Providers
Some products available through Lormeza may relate to or be fulfilled through independent brands, issuers, platforms, payment providers or digital service providers. Their separate redemption conditions, regional restrictions, expiration rules, account requirements or other terms may also apply. Lormeza does not control changes made by independent third-party issuers to their own platforms, eligibility rules or redemption systems.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices and available denominations are displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout. The primary checkout currency may be USD unless another supported currency or converted amount is displayed. Payment methods may include supported cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other options shown at checkout. An order is not considered successfully paid until payment authorization has been confirmed.
7. Order Processing and Electronic Delivery
After successful payment, an eligible digital order may enter processing promptly. Depending on the product, fulfillment may involve recharge execution, digital delivery, code or voucher availability, account-based processing or another electronic service. 8. Customer-Supplied Information

Once a digital transaction has been successfully processed or delivered, it may not be technically possible to reverse it. Incorrect information supplied by the customer may therefore affect refund eligibility as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Digital orders generally cannot be physically returned. An order that has not yet entered processing may be eligible for cancellation where technically possible. Successfully delivered, activated, redeemed or completed digital products are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where our published Refund & Returns Policy provides otherwise. Failed, duplicate or undelivered transactions may be reviewed for correction, replacement or refund.

You may not use Lormeza for fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payments, unlawful resale activity, attempts to obtain products without payment, misuse of promotional programs, interference with website security or any activity prohibited by applicable law. We may refuse, delay or cancel transactions that reasonably require fraud, payment or security verification.

Customers who maintain an account are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for activity conducted through their account. You should notify us promptly if you reasonably believe that your account or payment-related information has been used without authorization. We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate security or account concerns.

15. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
We work to maintain accurate information and reliable service, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, payment-provider outages, third-party service availability, internet failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the website or services will be subject to applicable legal limitations. Where legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms or services provided from Salem, Oregon should be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Marion County, Oregon. Nothing in this provision prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory right or remedy available under applicable law.
